THE HEARTS LOST THEY WILL NOT REGRET

The project arose from the need to act at a moment when changes seem unrealistic and the strength of individual rebellions is nothing compared to the strength manifested by capitalism. In a world of deepening inequalities, we are faced with the violent actions of a system in which the cult of individualism continues to supplant the need for community. Our frustrations are mounting and disasters are raging. Lost Hearts refer to these emotions, feelings, unspeakable fear, but also sadness and constant waiting for better times. I focus on interdependent relationships, feelings of alienation, powerlessness and stagnation. The installation is about precariousness and patriarchal oppression.
