Future Mom Q&A
Future Mom Q&A is a performance in the form of a television talk show. During the presentation, which takes place in the Marriott Hotel’s conference room, a young mom will tell you her own story. The story about a graduate student who decided to do at home insemination in order to make her dream of having a baby come true. Some great guests were invited to join the discussion: the Head of the of Infertility Treatment Centre (Paweł Smagała) and the Parish Priest of the Holy Family Church in Warsaw (Sebastian Łach). Paweł Tomaszewski will host the programme. During the show there will be a video vlog presented, which refers to a very popular Youtube video - unboxing1. The mom will unpack her Danish sperm bank package- exactly the same way as bloggers do. She’ll also explain the whole procedure of a home fertilization. During the performance the visitors will receive some conference materials: a few documents containing information about an anonymous donor- the baby’s father and the invoice, which confirms authenticity of the semen purchase. The scenario of the conversation is based on real statements of doctors, priests, psychologists and young women living in Poland who, despite having suffered adversity, don't want to give up on their dreams of becoming mothers (women who are lonely, those who have not met the right partner or those who have homosexual relationships).
