When you are the grandson of Richard Long, and your godfather is Dennis Oppenheim all your family gatherings looks very strange. With my grandfather we played a game called “paperchase”, leaving line traces on the grass as a guide. We had to find them as soon as possible, because they were only visible for a moment. In the winter, the godfather took me to the river where we made waves and were throwing stones watching as the water surface reacts to every move. Once, after the Easter family meeting, my Aunt Ana Mendieta left in our house her hula hoop and forgot about this (I do not believe that was an accident). I decided then, that for my Master's degree, I will surprise my whole family.
